The office is friendly and professional. I’ve been treated by both Dr’s and I’m improving with each adjustment. They explain what they are going to do and make sure I’m comfortable before we start. The massage therapists do a fantastic job as well. Very happy with my choice to begin here at Redefine Wellness!

If you are looking to get your body functioning back to its best health you’ve come to the right place. Dr. Aaron Sheley does an excellent job of looking over the whole body before starting his adjustments. His adjusting technique is top notch, able to get even the hardest spots to crack. Anna has great deep pressure for massage. The office staff all have a friendly and personable attitude. Lots of different options to fix one’s body: orthopedics insoles, adjustments, body strength reading to target weak muscles, massage, & electric shock therapy.

I was in a real bad car accident, the whole staff helped me make progress I am extremely grateful for their services.

All I can say is oh my word. I had an hour massage last night & I have never slept as hard as I did last night. My entire body is finally relaxed. STILL! Anna is amazing. I told her where I was tight & she listened, found additional areas and she worked them hard. I felt additional release too.

I was having very bad headaches due to previous auto accident, and chiropractic care really made the difference! I no longer get migraines like I used to. Staff is extremely friendly, and the new owner really made the office look great with new renovations. They also offer massages and physical therapy too, with very knowledgeable staff!! Cannot highly recommend this place enough!!.

Dr. Danny helped my sons knees a lot. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. With my son being a driven athlete his knees bothered him all the time. The therapy here was very appreciated.. Bo’s knees have improved immensely.

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Sheley he was very thorough and explained everything to me. Everyone in the office was very friendly also.

After a free massage was given at work, I decided to come back to have some x-rays and another massage! They took me in and treated me so wonderfully and explained every thing along the way. It didn’t take long for me to get back on track and my neck pain is gone. I’ve lived with it for years and don’t know why I waited so long. Dr. Girgenti and his staff are really great people!
